  This beautifully preserved, Grade II listed Georgian manor house offers a full English breakfast, free wireless broadband internet access and use of the health and fitness club. The Ringwood Hall Hotel has received an 85% Merit Score from the AA and a 3 - star rating for the last 3 years. In 2008, Ringwood Hall won a Gold Award in the East Midlands in Bloom competition in their Hotel Garden category Conveniently located close to junctions 29 and 30 of the M1 motorway and only minutes from Chesterfield town centre and its train station, the hotel offers free parking for over 150 vehicles. The listed building status means that the hotel does not have a lift. While the 200 - year - old main house is unique, with many special features, many of the bedrooms are some way from reception, with small flights of stairs to consider. Recently, Ringwood Hall Hotel was featured on the BBC's 'The One Show' as the venue for a 'bartered wedding'. The hotel boasts a health and leisure suite with a striking indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and an air conditioned gymnasium. The impressive leisure facilities make the hotel a wonderful haven for a restful, relaxing and restorative break or for a luxurious weekend of pampering and a little well - earned indulgence. Whether you are staying at the hotel for business or for a holiday, the superb leisure facilities are a great way to relax after a hard day's work or a long day spent exploring the area. Use of the leisure facilities is included in the quoted room rates for all hotel guests. The hotel's main house is a beautifully preserved listed building and therefore it does not have a lift. Some rooms are located away from reception, with several small flights of stairs to consider. We are sure this will not inconvenience you during your stay with us, so please ask reception for assistance with luggage if required.
