Formerly the Little Barrow, the Cathedral Lodge Hotel has now refurbished all of the rooms to a very high standard. Each room has a flat - screen plasma TV with Sky channels and an en suite bathroom with a power shower over the bath. A limited number of non - smoking rooms are available. Free wireless internet is available in every room and in the hotel's bar area. There are excellent function and conference facilities, comfortable licensed bars and a superb restaurant. The Cathedral Lodge Hotel is situated in the heart of England in rural Staffordshire. Our famous Lichfield Cathedral and birth place of Doctor Johnson are within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel restaurant, which is air conditioned, is renowned for its superb food. The cosy lounge bar stocks a wide range of hand - pulled traditional real ales, wines, malt whiskies and a comprehensive range of quality bar snacks. The hotel also hosts excellent conference rooms catering for 20 to 120 people. Flip charts, stationary, facsimile and a photocopier are all available, as well as an excellent banqueting buffet to complete your day. The Hotel has a limited number of smoking rooms, Free Wireless Internet is available in all rooms. along with a shower over bath in every room and Sky Sports 1, 2 and 3 and Sky News in every room.
