  We hope you find our accommodation quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Woodleys Cottage is part of a recent barn conversion situated 1/2 mile from Woburn Sands in 23 acres of old pasture. It forms part of The Granary which operates as a very small livery yard. We can also accomodate horses competing at local events i.e. Addington Manor, MK Eventing Centre

The accomodation consists of 2 rooms (1 double & 1 twin) both with full en - suite facilities, complimentary beverages and snacks, Freeview TV, Broadband internet access, hairdryer and clock radio. Shoe cleaning and ironing equipment available on request. There is a small breakfast room next to rooms and access to our conservatory, if preferred, for breakfast & lounge area with SKY TV. Guests can enjoy the patio area outside the cottage when weather permits.
